So 500 Days of Summer hits theaters today. You should see it. I saw it back in April at the Phoenix Film Festival and loved it. If you’ve ever been in a relationship it’s a great story that I’m sure you can relate to. If you’ve never been in a relationship, then what the hell are you doing reading my blog? Go outside and try to get some.

In a summer filled with crap like Transformers 2 and GI Joe, it’s nice to see a movie that appeals to emotion. 500 Days of Summer wasn’t directed by Michael Bay so don’t expect any explosions or slow motion cameras. It’s just a well written love story that really isn’t a love story at all. An amazing soundtrack doesn’t hurt the movie either. Anyways, I possibly can’t say enough good things about the movie, so go see it. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Also after you see the movie check out their version of Sid and Nancy right here.
